In a fresh escalation along the Line of Control (LoC), Pakistan reportedly violated the ceasefire agreement and opened unprovoked fire on Indian forward positions in the regions of Kupwara, Uri, and Akhnoor. According to defense sources, the firing began late on Tuesday night and continued intermittently through the early hours of Wednesday.
